Resistance 2 Beta

Resistance 2 will be getting the Beta treatment this September, with subscribers to Sony's US only online magazine Qore able to get an early taste of Insomniac's eagerly awaited first person shooter.
With the full game scheduled to launch towards the end of the year, Qore subscribers will be able to get an early taste of the multiplayer game that's set to support up to 60 players.

Wow i can't wait, I thought the first one was a great game, and the best launch game at that. I might just have to subscribe for Qore.

how do you get into the beta for this game?? is there a link or anything to sign up at or whats up

NO, I think you have to subscribe to Playstations Qore online magazine.

Yes, unfortunately you must be a subscriber to Quore in order to sign up for the beta, the reason I dont like the Quore subscription is because it is basically everything they have always given us for free, with a little extra and they want to charge you $2.99 an issue for it. And here is like I said before if you dont subscribe you will end up missing out on the new great demos and so forth...makes me mad...lol! oh ok well i'm am subscribed to qore!!!! i bought the whole thing just cuz i thought that was the only way to get into the socom beta....so i bought the full year subscription but i guess if i can get into some betas it will be worth it

I didn't know if anyone knew but the game name so far is Resistance: Retribution

Annual subscribers to the Quore magazine will definitely be included in the beta under "Premiere" status and will receive early access when the beta becomes available. Currently scheduled for September.
Those users who purchase Episode 3 will receive access to the beta as well, but at a later, unspecified date. All invitations will be made via email/voucher – the beta WILL NOT be accessed through the Qore download center. There will be additional ways to participate in the beta, and that those details will be coming at some point.
Qore Episode 3 is currently available now on the PlayStation Store.

Gamerkid, Retribution is for the PSP silly....Did you not see the video? (Idk if this is what your talking about though) but Retribution is for the PSP the PS3 name is just Resistance 2....

Ohh ok, well I was under PS3 and it said retribution ohh well, it's cleared up now thanks!
