Tornados rip through midwest.
BLENCOE, Iowa - Frightened Boy Scouts huddled in a shelter as a tornado tore through their western Iowa campground, killing four people and injuring 48 others who had little to no warning of the approaching twister. Tornadoes also touched down in Kansas, Minnesota and Nebraska on Wednesday. They killed at least two people in northern Kansas, destroyed much of the small town of Chapman and caused extensive damage on the Kansas State University campus.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and the families of the victims.

Re: Tornados rip through midwest.
This is a tragic event nestled within a very active tornado season.
It's good to see the weather starting to act the way it's supposed to. We get a good cold winter for the first time in a handful of years, and now some activity in the spring as well. But, hell! We don't need tornadoes dropped on us every other day.
Makes me wonder what the summer is going to be like...
