GTA IV Review

IGN has reviewed GTAIV and gave it a 10 out of 10 !!!!!! it has been 10 years since they've done that!

well I finally got it! After over a year of having it on reserve, and a couple years of waiting, I finally got it! probably only gonna be able to play it for an hour or so today, but I will put in a couple hours tommorrow im sure, anyone with ps3 version lets set up an online game for this weekend.

[b]GTAIV awsome game but i think the hype was just that it has a litte better graphic got rid of some things i liked on the others and still has the same glitches (there a little better this time around) all and all another typicall adicting GTA game. I have to admit Roman is hilarious.

I was playing online last night with trent and after about and hour and a half we kept on getting booted. I don't know why this does this but hopefully the get a patch out to solve this problem.

Ok, I have been trying to locate the sales numbers, I do not have the official total, nor do I have the U.S. numbers, but I did find the U.K. numbers. On its first day on store shelves, more than 600,000 copies of Grand Theft Auto IV were sold in the UK, which is more than any video game EVER!.

In the UK, GTA IV sold a record 609,000 units in its first 24 hours. The previous record holder, which was of course Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, ranked in at 501,000 units.

The game also set sales records for the Xbox 360 and PS3. The Xbox 360 version of GTA IV alone sold 335,000 units, beating out Halo 3's 266,000 units. The PS3 version of the street crime game had sales of 274,000 units.

I will try to find the total sales, and the U.S. sales, and let everyone know!

Ok, they finally released the first week sales numbers for GTA IV. During its first week GTA IV pulled in an amazing $500 million dollars in sales world wide, with an amazing 6 million units sold! 3.6million of those sales were on the first day April 29th alone! No doubt GTA IV has shattered some records, and will be shattering many more!
